These terms, as well as any specific conditions that may be established, explicitly regulate the relationships arising between ticketgotour.com and third parties (hereinafter "users") who book or purchase tickets for TicketGo Tour through the ticketgotour.com portal.
2. Reservations, Payments, and Access Instructions
ticketgotour.com acts solely as an intermediary in booking activities and tickets. The data necessary for the reservation shared with the provider are the name, surname, and email address of the person in whose name the reservation is made. Registration on ticketgotour.com is not required to make a reservation.
To purchase your tickets on ticketgotour.com, follow this simple purchase process:
- Make the payment using credit or debit cards through the payment gateway provided by Stripe.
- Once the payment is complete, you will receive your tickets by email in PDF format. These tickets will include a unique identifier, which can be either the reservation locator or a QR code issued by TicketGo Tour. The ticket delivery time may vary depending on the time and demand.
- Make sure not to duplicate the reservation. If you have made the purchase and have not received the confirmation email, contact us quickly via chat or send an email to info@ticketgotourism.com. All reservation requests will be processed, so if you send another request, we will understand that you want to book more tickets and will manage them accordingly.
3. Limitations on Ticket Purchases and Prohibitions
To avoid unfair practices in ticket purchases for each show, limitations may be established on the maximum number of tickets a user can purchase, as well as restrictions per credit card and other conditions that will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. These limitations will be verified in each transaction, and in events where applicable, users will be duly informed.
The resale of tickets will be considered a violation of our terms and conditions. ticketgotour.com reserves the right to take legal action if any ticket resale activity is detected.
4. Invoicing
As detailed in the European Consumer Protection Law, the right of withdrawal cannot be applied when the service has been completed in whole or in part if the consumer has given prior and express consent and acknowledges that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully executed by the seller, i.e., at the time of purchase.

ticketgotour.com is not responsible for the loss, theft, damage, or misuse of the tickets once delivered.
If the customer does not use the purchased tickets for any reason, ticketgotour.com is not responsible, and no refund or exchange will be made. It is the customer's responsibility to manage the proper use of the tickets.
